Kirsi have +15 years of commercial real estate finance experience in the Nordics, across Europe and in the UK – specialized in loan underwriting and execution, NPL acquisitions and workout, debt advisory, and asset management. Prior to joining Heimdal Nordic. Kirsi worked in London for 8 years. First as team lead for NPL underwriting and advisory at LNR Partners Europe/Hatfield Philips and most recently as Senior Vice President of asset management at SitusAMC. 

Prior to that, Kirsi has worked for 8 years within commercial real estate finance in the Nordics at Situs Nordic Services and HSH Nordbank mainly focused on debt advisory, underwriting, restructuring/workout, and asset management.
